Currently Charleston Department Store ships products to the United States and its territories and to Canada. However certain products including Levi’s and large oversized items like furniture cannot be shipped to Canada.

- We insure every order shipped by the USPS and UPS. Insurance offers indemnity for loss or damage to items. Indemnity limits and service vary by country.
- Most orders are shipped via International Priority Mail. Charleston Department Store does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local custom laws.
- Most mailable items under 70 lbs. can be shipped, however, restrictions vary by country. Some heavy and bulky (items that cannot be shipped via UPS or USPS) merchandise and most supplier shipped merchandise cannot be shipped internationally.
